LE MANON
Le Manon, run by Laurent and Laurence, is a brasserie in Nice that also offers very good pizzas over a wood fire, in a contemporary decoration. The cuisine is resolutely family and traditional: the lady is in the kitchen and loves to work with fresh produce. Here no extension cards are used, but smart choices are made. The house speciality is Provençal beef stew, with its delicious fresh ravioli. The sunny terrace is a haven for regulars who mix with visiting tourists. It is easy to have breakfast or an aperitif. The garden has just been completely refurbished to bring a breath of fresh air.
