Thirteen years ago, Thomas Bousckri had the intuition to plant his first truffle tree, and today he is at the head of a 3 hectares farm. Three years ago, he decided to add morels to his truffle culture to become the only producer of this mushroom in the whole department. These products certified without chemical treatment can be found on regional markets and on the truffle markets referenced by the truffle growers' union.
