This recipe, available in rice noodle or rice stir-fry, chicken, beef or vegetarian versions, skilfully blends French and Chinese influences. The use of cubed beef steak is also a heritage. The Chinese influence is reflected in the cooking, with the use of soybean oil. Portions are generous. Terrace service only.
