Inn with a smiling welcome and a terrace where you can discover the cuisine of Nice while enjoying the sun
Plascassier is one of the hamlets attached to Grasse. The "môme", Édith Piaf, died here in October 1963. It's well worth a visit, as it hides at least 2 pearls. One is the pretty little Saint-Pancrace church, the other is the Auberge de Provence run by Éric and Carine Graziotti. They already have an establishment in Valbonne, Le bistrot du Sommelier. A wine enthusiast, Éric loves to share the Niçoise cuisine he grew up with. In the dining room, Carine welcomes you with a smile. And on the terrace, you can enjoy all this while soaking up the sun. An address worth discovering.
