La Vieille Auberge is centrally located in the village of Gréolières. This authentic restaurant welcomes visitors on the main square of the village, either in the pretty dining room or on the shaded terrace in fine weather. Here the cuisine smells of Provence and the South-West with traditional home-made dishes, such as the small stuffed dishes à la niçoise, the duck breast with honey and figs, the marinated peppers served with eggplant caviar, or the home-made semi-cooked duck liver. The desserts are also 100% homemade and copious.

Parfait. Les plats sont très bien cuisinés avec une belle présentation. Très copieux, nous avons pris un menu complet, c'était trop ! Le patron sympa a eu une petite attention au moment du dessert (c'était mon anniversaire).

Très bon restaurant au centre du Village de Gréolieres "qui mérite une balade au pied du château " très cosy jolie salle intimiste l' accueil chaleureux et souriant une belle terrasse sous les arbres pour les saisons chaudes et alors le principal une cuisine provençale faite sur place excellente les portions sont copieuses un très bon moment culinaire dans un site historique un grand parking tout proche.
Personnellement je vous conseille la Daube de sanglier très moelleuse avec ratatouille et écrasé de pommes de terre des petits biscuits apéro avec les olives et un super pain de campagne
Vous êtes au pied du Cheiron où il y a de multiples ballades à pieds ski de randonnée raquettes et même ski de pistes selon les années
