Breeding some 70 goats in Gréolières, between the Cheiron and Loup rivers, and producing cheeses, sold on the local market.
Established in 2011, Laetitia and Gabriel raise 70 goats that they graze all year round in the commune of Gréolières. A privileged, open-air environment, between the Cheiron bars and the Loup valley. This farming couple contributes to maintaining the region's pastoral traditions. They work in monotraite (one milking a day), and buy grain and hay directly from the producer. Laetitia makes cheeses, most of which are sold at local markets (Gréolières, Pré-du-Lac, Valbonne, Vallauris...).
