La pisciculture du Cheiron is above all an organic trout farm, where trout are raised in basins fed by the Foulon spring, at the foot of the southern flank of the Cheiron massif. Pierre has been based in the Gorges du Loup for several years now, and every summer he opens his doors to families, giving them the chance to discover his profession through unforgettable fishing days.
