Honey – Jam

Eric Coquelet has (almost) retired. His son Gautier has taken over! Whether they're foraging for local flowers in the Préalpes d'Azur or transhuting to Valensole for a lavender cure, our beekeepers' bees are always busy (and neither are they!). They offer honeys with authentic textures, tastes and flavors, some of which hold the "Produit de montagne" label. Direct sales at the farm and at local markets. Also available: honey sweets and real beeswax candles.
