Patrick and his team are committed here to bringing to life the "cucina bianca", which is an integral part of the Brigasque culture, a cuisine that was once indirectly regulated by pastoral activity and the movement of herds. Exigeant en cuisine, je vous conseille d'y aller manger, tout est fait maison,y compris les pâtes. Les produits, italiens et de la vallée, Cuccina Bianca & cuisine Briguasque), ces cuisines ont été ventées dans l'émission ,"Echappées belles! Dîners en couple , depuis trois jours.
Aucune fausse note, de l'entrée aux délicieux desserts pleins de finesse et de saveur. Une cuisine du terroir, une cuisine authentique.
