Charming hotel with rooms that have a view of the church or the river

A charming hotel, with a successful decoration and quality equipment. The cosy rooms have a view on the church or the river. The restaurant room is inviting, with its large bay windows giving a glimpse of a magnificent landscape over the valley. The owner is at the stove and, in addition to the traditional dishes with Mediterranean flavors, she concocts specialties from Sète, her home town: cuttlefish, octopus, squid... In fine weather, a terrace is set up on the square. A gourmet stop where fish is king!

Je n’ai testé que le restaurant. Il faut vraiment réserver au moins 24 heures à l’avance. Vous ne serez pas déçu par la qualité des plats. C’est le meilleur restaurant que j’ai trouvé à la Brigue. La cuisine est vraiment excellente. Les serveurs sont sympas même s’ils ne sont pas toujours bien organisés. Ça reste un restaurant familial avec une très bonne ambiance dans sa globalité.

La mia recensione non si riferisce al servizio alberghiero del quale non ho avuto ancora l'occasione di provare, ma allo spettacolare caffè che riescono a servire.
Mesi fa per caso ho preso il primo e mi sono stupito della perfezione e giusta connubio tra aroma, acidità, gusto.
Ho avuto occasione di ripassarci e tutte le volte non mi ha deluso, anzi sono rimasto sempre sorpreso dell'eccellenza. Quindi ora cerco sempre una scusa per passare da briga a prendere un caffè da manuale.
