Charming hotel with rooms that have a view of the church or the river

A charming hotel, with a successful decoration and quality equipment. The cosy rooms have a view on the church or the river. The restaurant room is inviting, with its large bay windows giving a glimpse of a magnificent landscape over the valley. The owner is at the stove and, in addition to the traditional dishes with Mediterranean flavors, she concocts specialties from Sète, her home town: cuttlefish, octopus, squid... In fine weather, a terrace is set up on the square. A gourmet stop where fish is king!

Chaleureux accueil du patron, de son épouse et les 2 autres personnes.
Bel emplaçement sur ka place et vision sur les 3 églises.
Et, quand vient l'heure du repas : le patron sassoit à votre table.et nous fait saliver sur les 4 propositions pour l'entrée, le plat et le dessert.
Le tout excellent, produits régionaux. frais..
Un délice pour le palais.

Très bel endroit pour déjeuner ! Service et accueil agréables. Tout est cuisiné maison et en circuit court. C’est un régal. Petite attentions en fin de repas. À refaire.

En vacances à brigue , manger à deux dans ce restaurant. Cuisine correcte, portions moyennes attente très longue, heure pour l'entrée, 1 heure pour le plat de résistance, 1 heure pour le dessert.
Oui vous comptez bien 3 heures pour manger. Serveur sympa mais patron qui n'a pas l'air d'apprécier les touristes.

Nous avons déjeuner, dîner et passer une nuit à La Fleur des Alpes, et ce fut un moment très agréable. Les propriétaires sont au petit soin pour leurs convives. C’est aussi une excellente table avec des mets délicieux cuisinés avec des produits Frais de la région. Authentique, convivial et gourmand, avec en prime une décoration charmante. bref une belle découverte que nous recommandons vivement.
