Les produits sont d’excellente qualité.
Le jambon maison est un pur délice, les brochettes de poulet au citron sont très savoureuses, le filet de veau est toujours d’une grande tendreté, la viande pour le tartare est goûteuse, les rognons de veau sont très fins, les andouillettes sont excellentes (froides à l’apéritif c’est une turie!), les petits farcis…bref tout est super bon!
Les conseils sont toujours précis et utiles. On en apprend tous les jours, j’ai adapté la cuisson de mes grenadins de veau ce soir, une belle réussite dans l’assiette.
On ne peut que recommander l’établissement qui vous reçoit avec une super amplitude horaire!
