ALAIN LLORCA
An address where the cuisine is influenced by Nice, Spain and Italy, also known for its grill area
The cuisine of this gourmet restaurant draws its inspiration from Mediterranean influences from Nice to Spain, and even as far afield as Italy, since an Italian craftsman supplies it exclusively with ravioli, gnocchi and other specialties. The grill area is the highlight of this address, with live cooking of magnificent meats. Local seasonal products are also featured: porcini mushrooms, truffles, pumpkins, fish and shellfish, etc. The epilogue to the meal is by Jean-Michel Llorca, one of the Côte d'Azur's finest pastry chefs.

- A terrine of red mullet in vegetables niçois/Bolognese bunches of tomatoes with basil watered with extra virgin olive oil from Liguria.
- A saddle of stuffed and grilled rabbit/zucchinis trumpets in fine mashed potatoes with fresh basil and potatoes granulates/juice flows.
- A black hull chocolate/creamy black chocolate Mandjari/un crumble almonds/an hazelnut ice cream with Madagascar vanilla pod
With attentive service, attentive and efficient.
