Michelin-starred restaurant with terrace and plate with the chef's personal and daring cuisine with original flavors
In his restaurant in the center of the village, Stéphane Garcia offers inventive, short-lived cuisine, with a 3-flavor discovery menu that changes every week, according to market produce. On the menu: seasonal dishes and local specialties, with a few touches from the Basque Country and Occitanie. The restaurant is included in the Michelin Guide 2024 selection. On sunny days, you can enjoy a quiet terrace in a semi-pedestrian zone.

Je vous remercie énormément pour notre travail.
Au plaisir de vous recevoir de nouveau.
Bien à vous .
Food is good quality, albeit the portions sometimes need you to use a magnifying glass ???? because they are so small.
The filet steak is some 100 grams and I had to order 2 for a standard portion ????. And also pay extra €35 for 100 grams of meat. Not OK.
I would appreciate more generosity towards the clients and not least the staff.
