The Espace Rose de Mai is the former cooperative of producers of perfume flowers. Opened between 1907 and 1995, it originally grouped owners from La Colle-sur-Loup, Saint-Paul and Villeneuve-Loubet. The purpose of this establishment was to weigh the flowers collected and intended to be distilled. In La Colle, the famous centifolia rose was cultivated but not only: the tea rose, the orange blossom but also two different kinds of violet or peppermint. The Espace Rose de Mai is now converted into a multi-purpose hall and municipal.
