Julie welcomes you to this very small restaurant with only 20 seats, plus a small terrace, and offers a cuisine entirely made with fresh produce. After a career in the luxury hotel business, she settled in Turbie to pursue her favourite profession. A simple menu, but a quality cuisine full of taste, the Fourchette Libre is a small corner where contact with your neighbours at the table or the mistress of the place takes place naturally.

Le restaurant sert de la cuisine asiatique de très bonne qualité. Les prix sont très légers au vu de ce qu il y a dans l assiette. La serveuse est très professionnelle et efficace, le serveur aussi. Peu de place donc réservation obligatoire le soir en week end. Première visite pour moi qui réside ici. Nous avons été ravis . A essayer .
