In an intimate setting, this hotel includes a guest room and a gourmet table with an inventive market cuisine

This mansion overlooks the Loup valley and has been restored with authenticity, retaining all its yesteryear charm. It marvellously combines luxury and simplicity. It is both a bed & breakfast and a restaurant. The cuisine, using products from the market, is both inventive and simple. The carte honors local products. We like the hospitality, the intimate and discreet setting of this beautiful and special address. All in all, a very nice interlude.

Des plats qui manquent d'un peu de pep's : beignets de fleurs de courgettes un peu fades ( est ce dû à la pâte tempura qui remplace la pâte tradi ?) et des petits farcis qui ne font pas dire "wahou" (avec une quantité limite:1 tomate minuscule, une petite courgette ronde et un champignon...sachant qu'il n'y a pas de garniture) . Sinon cadre sympa, personnel agréable.
