Installed on the mythical Bellevue square, is this jewel case with a sea view. There, time seems to stand still to offer its guests a unique moment. The menu, a true hymn to freshness and seasonal flavors, pays creative homage to local products, sublimated by the touch of chef Julien Tedde. Special mention for the frosted fruits of the Sorbetti House for dessert. The young, dynamic service is attentive. Wir waren im April 2023 in Le Cannet in Urlaub und haben im Restaurant L'Atelier Joseph zu Mittag gegessen. Mein Steak war gut, das Tagesgericht Cannelonie mit Gambas meiner Frau war miserable. Das ganze Nudelgericht stank nach altem Fisch und meine Frau hat es zurückgegeben, wir mußten es trotzdem bezahlen. Der Weißwein ein Sancere war hervorragend. Mit Vorspeise haben wir 187 Euro bezahlt, das war halber Nepp.
