Restaurant with a charming terrace where the chef prepares Provencal and Italian cuisine with seasonal products.

Enjoy Provençal and Italian cuisine, sublimated with talent by Daniel Ettlinger in the kitchen (Michelin-starred chef in 2003) and presented with Catherine's lovely smile in the dining room. Several times a week, the chef goes to the market to concoct two unique menus based on his mood and seasonal produce. In the spirit of table d'hôtes, you can enjoy stunning dishes in one of the restaurant's two dining rooms, or on the lovely terrace overlooking the village (in season). Of particular note is the special menu with Alba and black truffles.

Expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle avec un menu gastronomique fixe avec un excellent service et une cuisine gastronomique innovante préparée par le chef propriétaire. Le chef sélectionne le menu en fonction des ingrédients qu'il trouve chaque jour et le menu change tous les jours et est affiché quotidiennement sur le site Web. Au niveau gastronomique, c'est le meilleur local à mon avis dans un bel environnement avec des parois rocheuses et un mobilier raffiné. Assez cher mais ça vaut le coup.
