Enjoy Provençal and Italian cuisine, sublimated with talent by Daniel Ettlinger in the kitchen (Michelin-starred chef in 2003) and presented with Catherine's lovely smile in the dining room. Several times a week, the chef goes to the market to concoct two unique menus based on his mood and seasonal produce. In the spirit of table d'hôtes, you can enjoy stunning dishes in one of the restaurant's two dining rooms, or on the lovely terrace overlooking the village (in season). Of particular note is the special menu with Alba and black truffles.

Le menu du jour consistait en une salade de tomates et chèvre frais très copieuse mais peu abondante.
Le rissotto était un riz au safran qui n'avait pas l'onctuosité du parmesan.
Le menu du marché comprenait plusieurs plats, mais aucun n'était particulièrement attrayant ou délicieux.
Seuls les desserts et petits fours méritent d'être mentionnés.
Les entrées sont simples mais délicieuses, les petits pains, l'huile et le sel sont un joli détail qui anime la table.
