A village with a rich historical past, vaulted passageways, fountains, ditches and a bucolic atmosphere.

The village has a rich historical past. Don't miss the gateway to the former Grimaldi family castle, the vaulted passageways, fountains, gutters, troughs and wash-houses. Take a stroll through another era. And don't forget the parish church, rebuilt in 1614, with its Baroque-style interior decoration, and the Place du Boutaù, a kind of cone-shaped stone on which Levensans dance to commemorate the acquisition of their freedom, a symbol of their revolt against Lord Cesare Grimaldi in 1621.
