To find the Prairie Farm in Ebreuil, take the direction of Chouvigny, take about 3 km on the gorges road, then arrive in Miallet. Isabelle and Thierry Charming raise their dairy cows while combining their activity of direct sales of cheese. Their conversion to conversion is in organic farming.
