This is one of La Napoule's finest addresses, run with great care by Thomas and Céline for almost 20 years. The chef's cuisine, both chic and gourmet, is a real treat: fresh produce, impeccable cooking and homemade sauces. On the menu are traditional French dishes and canailles, such as sweetbreads braised with morel mushrooms, to the delight of regulars. The menu evolves with the seasons and market finds. Wine lovers will be delighted by the superb selection on offer.
