The Bistrot de l'Oasis, nestled in the heart of the three-star Ermitage de l'Oasis hotel, is located in Mandelieu-la-Napoule. Boasting a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean and set in lush surroundings, it's a soothing address for enjoying a meal in complete serenity. Here, you can dine in the warm, beautifully decorated dining room or on the pleasant terrace. The bistronomic cuisine, entirely homemade, is delicious. The quality-conscious chef favors fresh, seasonal ingredients from local producers. On the menu, you'll discover aperitif tapas, such as tarama with croustissians, fritto misto, and a variation of bruschettas. For starters, you can choose from a Niçoise salad, a Greek salad or a knife-cut beef tartare. Then let yourself be tempted by homemade tagliatelle, creamy Acquerello risotto, authentic bouillabaisse or the bistro burger. Le vin rouge du domaine de barbossi est infecte, de la piquette.
Les desserts sont trop sucrés
Le service est à revoir. 3 serveurs dont 2 apprentis perdus. On veut faire des économies mais ça se voit sur le service, par contre addition salée à 200€ pour un repas loupé. Ça se dit bistronomique mais on en est très loin
