Camping with a beautiful view on the city and the bay

Perched on its hill, this campsite has a very beautiful view of the city and the bay. Several shaded restaurants are available, and the small snack bar is very friendly. An important asset: the proximity of the historical centre. It is indeed quite possible to walk down to the city and the seaside: count a little half an hour.

Cerrado como no podria ser de otra manera en otoño en cuanto sales de España, pero no lo ponia en la app correctamente. Asi que hicimos noche en lo alto se la colina. Bastante tranquilo

Traumhafter Blick und ruhiger Platz. Die Toiletten und Duschen sind einfach aber ok.

Vorsicht bei der Auffahrt, die Route über die Stadt ist steil und kurvig. Auch die Alternativroute über rue de la mont gros hat es in sich, teilweise steil und kurvig. Wir waren mit einem 7m Wohnwagen unterwegs. Damit würde ich nicht mehr hinfahren - das halten meine Nerven nicht aus. Für kleine Gefährte sicher einfacher.

Un peccato che un posto come questo fantastico per posizione e ambiente sia così poco curato. Piazzole non livellate, prese corrente alla merce' della pioggia, bagni puliti, ma senza sapone senza carta igienica e non chiusi e riscaldati anche a novembre. Si pagasse poco potrebbe andare, ma quasi 40 euro al giorno per camper e due adulti non sono pochi. Un piccolo sforzo è sarebbe perfetto...

Positiv ist die fussläufige Lage, etwa 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum Mentons. Eine schöne, allerdings sehr anstrengende Treppenkaskade fordert schon gut Kondition!
Der Platz hat im November noch auf. Ist auch nicht selbstverständlich.
Negativ ist der Preis, der winzige Sanitärbereich und das zwar vorhandene, aber nur im Freien ausreichende WLAN.
