Ah la la que c'était bon! Le saumon gravlax, posé sur du chou rouge mariné, ces disques sablés accueillant le tout... Le filet de veau, les Saint Jacques, les desserts... merci pour cette expérience, et merci à la charmante jeune femme pour avoir pris soin de nous avec délicatesse !
