I recommend this centre strongly recommend that I discovered my pregnancy. I immediately felt a little haven of good to be grace, in particular, with warm welcome, friendly and very soft Julie, the manager of the centre. Classes are very good and very varied, the teachers are very well! I participated in the yoga classes, sophrology and soft gym for pregnant women and I continue to get there after my pregnancy classes for massage baby, a moment of sharing with its baby! Organisation also formations to the emergency gestures for children, super initiative! In short, do not hesitate to go there, moreover, small reserved parking next to the centre, practical in Nice!

Dès l'arrivée Julie nous accueille avec son sourire et on se sent déjà bien dans ce lieu chaleureux aux teintes très féminines. Nous avons pu profiter mon conjoint et moi d'une session de massage pour bébés très complète qui fut un formidable moment de partage mais aussi d'écoute. Lorsque j'ai appris qu'un cours de gym maman-bébé avait été créé je me suis précipitée et j'y reviens toutes les semaines et profite de la qualité du cours et la gentillesse des intervenants. Une adresse à conseiller à toutes les (futures) mamans, notamment lorsqu'on on est en congé seule avec bébé et que l'on veut rencontrer du monde ou se remettre au sport !!!
