ASSOCIATION MANDAWA YOGA
This association teaches and publicizes traditional hatha yoga which includes asanas (physical exercises), pranayama (breathing regulation), relaxation, concentration and meditation. Several teachers provide courses according to the teachings of Shri Manesh, Babacar Khane, T.K.V. Desikachar or André Van Lysebeth. The association also organizes traineeships and meetings where everyone can enjoy a longer time to share knowledge and friendship, and organize or participate in humanitarian actions.
