Philippe Bresson - the founder of Art Nouveau - is a creator of contemporary furniture and art objects. His know-how of excellence was welcomed by the Label of Living Heritage.
History. This former student of the Freinet School is a passionate wood and color enthusiast who quickly joined the Côte d 'Azur. Inspired by Art Deco, claiming to Ruhlmann, Chareau and Printz, as early as the 1990 s, Philippe Bresson began to create exceptional furniture.
Its creations are distinguished by the fluidity of the lines and the smooth movement of movements. The use of precious essences such as ebony and palisade, incrustations of galluspine skin, ostrich or bronze elements enables it to express its sensitivity. Since the beginning of the 2010 s, his techniques have been nobility to the mixture of noble materials such as wood or glass with raw materials such as salvage metals, which are left as reactivated to a new life by painting, dressing, polishing, but also lighting.
This lighting is not primary, is not functional, but secondary and discreet with the sole aim of supporting the work. The diodes as neons assert themselves while respecting the necessary complementarity due to the material that obliges them.
