The Bistrot des Viviers has been reborn on the initiative of David Marchisio, a Menton native from a family renowned for supplying seafood. The menu focuses on seafood and fish. David displays his devotion to the culinary heritage of Auguste Escoffier. He is restoring the traditional bistro to its former glory, and advocating the values of his master thinker: fresh produce, natural flavors and elegant simplicity on the plate. Carnivores will also find what they're looking for, with a fine selection of meat dishes.

Locale carino e caratteristico, più o meno centrale. Personale simpatico e cordiale! Piatti locali , abbondanti, molto buoni e gustosi! Ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo soprattutto per essere a Nizza! Posto consigliato!

If you enjoy being seated directly in the sun and crowded into others, despite other spots being available to sit, then you may enjoy this place more than I did. The pizza was weak and water non-existent.
