The Bistrot des Viviers has been reborn on the initiative of David Marchisio, a Menton native from a family renowned for supplying seafood. The menu focuses on seafood and fish. David displays his devotion to the culinary heritage of Auguste Escoffier. He is restoring the traditional bistro to its former glory, and advocating the values of his master thinker: fresh produce, natural flavors and elegant simplicity on the plate. Carnivores will also find what they're looking for, with a fine selection of meat dishes.
