The Bistrot des Viviers has been reborn on the initiative of David Marchisio, a Menton native from a family renowned for supplying seafood. The menu focuses on seafood and fish. David displays his devotion to the culinary heritage of Auguste Escoffier. He is restoring the traditional bistro to its former glory, and advocating the values of his master thinker: fresh produce, natural flavors and elegant simplicity on the plate. Carnivores will also find what they're looking for, with a fine selection of meat dishes.

Attention, Piccolo était anciennement Le Vivier qui s'était bâti une bonne réputation. Les propriétaires ont dû changer début 2024 et ont dû oublier d'ôter les macarons des guides gastronomiques sur leur porte !
Je doute que le Gault et Millau ait recommandé Piccolo Mondo devenu une pizzeria basique au personnel agréable et attentionné au demeurant mais visiblement peu soucieux de la transparence.
Esperant que l'oubli soit rectifié très vite afin de pas tromper le consommateur.

NB: pas testé le Bistrot du Vivier car du coup gros doute, infos sur le web très confusantes... Bref, pas envie de remordre à l'hameçon.... Je conseille de pas se fier aux avis antérieurs à 2024 !

Nous somme ravie du restaurant le Bistrot des viviers. Un grand merci au deux serveuses pour leurs accueil , nous avons était très satisfait de tout les plats. Entree , plat et dessert . huitres . escargots... canard confit et tiramisu+ fondant au chocolat caramel etc........
Nous allons revenir tester d'autres plats sans aucune hésitation. Repas du 14 février 2024. A bientôt. Mr et Mme Scavone

Ordered a pepperoni pizza Staff were friendly. The quality of the pizza is not at the level that should be for a restaurant, the top of the dough uncooked the bottom of the pizza completely black. I was really hoping for something better from an establishment of this level, they need to work a little bit harder on their pizzas, especially their dough. I’m sure there are other dishes which may be better as a pizza is hard to get right Italian style. I was hoping this would be my new go to place for take out pizza! Unfortunately, I could only eat the topping and not the pizza base at all. Quite disappointing.
