In a colourful street in Old Nice, here is an institution that has been delighting gourmets since 1925! Here you will find the best of the specialities from Nice, cooked in an old oven more than a hundred years old and made from fresh, quality ingredients. Here, our taste buds get a lot of sunshine: pissaladière, Socca (made with chickpea flour), Bagnat bread but also stuffed niçois, sweet chard pie, Trucchia (thick omelette made with chard, parmesan, garlic and parsley) and ratatouille niçoise (in June). The pizza will satisfy everyone. A must.

Déplorable !! J'ai presque honte d'être nicoise!! Attente d'une heure, avec une lenteur hallucinante, pour avoir 6 au lieu de 7 soccas et pas cuite en dessous !!!
