Excellent specialities from Nice in a restaurant located in the heart of downtown Nice.

This excellent little canteen offers delicious specialities from Nice: daube, stockfish, bagna cauda, gnocchi, zucchini flower fritters, pissaladière, aubergine fritters, ratatouille, poultry liver terrine or truccia... Here, the products are fresh and cooked on the spot. For desserts, we must mention the "Promenade des Anglais", a chocolate fondant with candied orange pieces and custard. The welcome, the atmosphere and the setting are pleasant. A nice stopover in the heart of downtown Nice.

Such a nice place. Nicoise salad with the real (not canned) tuna and no potatoes. The rest was also good. Reasonable prices. Great experience and lovely host. Will return if in Nice again!
