Restaurant offering a Niçoise cuisine made from fresh produce
The permanent card is dedicated to nice kitchen: soup of fish, selection of fresh and fresh pasta, including ricotta and international ravioli, sardines, breeding wolves, duck magret in honey and vinegar of raspberry, Rossini steak and fillets, or in sauce. Homemade desserts include tiramisu, chocolate moss, burnt cream, profiteroles or artisanales ice cream. Everything is prepared from fresh products. A treat!

Unfortunately, this restaurant seems to be a tourist trap with disappointing industrial cuisine. The ratatouille had a stale taste, the pesto appeared to come from a can of oil, and the portion of duck was minuscule. It is disappointing to note the lack of passion for traditional cuisine, which in no way reflects the specialty of the Niçoise region. How is it possible that this restaurant is still open, and where on earth did the chef get his diploma?

Piège à touristes. Entrée OK. Les risotti à éviter. Ils ont à base de crème...La serveuse vous propose sans crème si vous préférez. C'est ce que j'ai fait mais le riz était trop cuit, ressemblait à du riz au lait. Il était annoncé aux artichauts et jambon. Un petit artichaut coupé en deux était déposé avec le jambon au-dessus du riz au lait.
A peine un mot d'excuse d'une serveuse et rien d'un responsable. Établissement à éviter....

J'ai bien mangé malgré certains plats indisponibles. Le service a été rapide. Une seule chose qui me paraît importante pour eux et de marquer avec une bande réfléchissante une petite marche pour accéder aux tables. Ça va leur éviter un procès si une personne tombe de l'escalier.
Notre serveuse était agréable mais ce n'est pas le cas de certaines qui parlent fort.
