Des Ramens aussi bons qu'au Japon, grâce à des nouilles faites maison et un bouillon avec une vraie profondeur de goût (umami !!!). J'aime manger épicé et j'apprécie les goûts marqués, alors ma recette préférée chez Kumano c'est le bol de Ramen Karamiso Kamo (canard dans bouillon épicé). Un délice à chaque fois ! Les Gyozas sont très bons aussi, ainsi que les mochis glacés parfum Sakura (fleur de cerisier du Japon).

Tout est super bon. Je recommande les ramen, les udon et le curry de boeuf à la japonaise. C'est un restaurant japonais familial milieu de gamme très bon comme on en voit pas assez, avec un large choix de plats typiquement japonais, de la street food aux mets raffinés. Ambiance izakaya.

Dommage que la décoration ne soit pas au même niveau que la nourriture, car celle ci est absolument excellente, restaurant a tester impérativement! De mon expérience (je les ai quasiment tous goutés) le meilleur ramen de nice ????????
