Onaka is the brainchild of Alexis Luong, sushi chef and 2021 French sushi champion, and Alex Couvidat, saké sommelier. Gyozas, sashimis, nigiris and makis share the limelight, to be enjoyed à la carte or as part of a menu. For those who aren't fans of raw fish, a fine selection of dishes awaits: katsu chicken supreme, salmon filet mi-cuit or miso eggplant. All accompanied by a remarkable collection of sakes. In the evening, don't miss the Omakase menu, which gives free rein to the Chef's imagination to seduce you.
