Dopo l'arrivo della pizza ho fatto notare che era bruciata (di cui puòsuccedere) , la cameririera si è ripresentata con la pizza rifatta ma con due fette mancanti!????
La responsabile bionda, non ha nemmeno ascoltato il problema. Maleducata!!!
Si spacciano x made in Italy, ma gentilmente evitate di rovinare il nostro nome, soprattutto sulla pasta e pizza.
Mai successo di ricevere la pizza a metà e tagliata ( chi avrebbe mangiato le due fette mancanti? Sono curioso...) no comment.
Da fuori tanto lusso, ma dentro tanta mal voglia di lavorare.

La 'manager' avait une attitude arrogante et pénible vers ses clients. En lieu des trouver des solutions pour le plat brûle que nous avons reçu, elle est partie sans écouter ce que nous avons à dire... C'est vraiment honteux !!!
Ça fait des années qu'on vient, mais ils me semble que les choses ont changé.... Dommage....

Et quand on lui signale à la réception des plats il dit que c’est nous qui savons pas nous exprimer !!
On lui dit : si , on a dit « gratin » d’aubergines mais il insiste en disant vous avez tous pris des pizzas donc se sera pizza limite en se moquant de nous .. part en soufflant … bref on ira plus …. Ça te coupe l’appétit !
