Super Bol offers healthy and gourmet food: the Hawaiian street food within reach of the bowl, that is their slogan. What the hell is that? As you walk through the doors of this establishment, you will discover "poké", a popular Hawaiian dish made with raw fish and rice. Here, the invitation to travel is therefore totally present but there is no need to leave Nice to discover these new flavours, which are combined with mango, passion fruit, raw vegetables, fresh herbs, seeds, all drizzled with an original homemade sauce.
