Nice, rugby city? It was several years ago: the club was not the biggest in the South-East but it had its moment of glory before passing the torch to Toulon. At l'Ovale, there is no nostalgia but a very "rugby" atmosphere with a cuisine of complicity. A cheerful table on the plate and behind the counter. In the evening, you will taste specialities from the South-West: terrine of duck breast, beef steak and its medallion of velvety foie gras, cassoulet, coq au vin des Corbières... At lunchtime, the menu features traditional French cuisine based on fresh market produce. As for the desserts on offer, they are homemade!

Un restaurant de quartier que je ne connaissais pas et que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Très bonne cuisine le patron est juste au top, le cadre agréable ambiance super . Nous avons passé une très agréable soirée à l’écart de l’agitation du centre de Nice. Merci

L ambiance extérieure est une galère pour cause de covid, mais passé le seuil de ce restaurant ,que je découvre , l accueil chaleureux et très sympathique change carrément la donne., Leur cuisine très sud ouest est un regal.. je suis ravi et très satisfait et recommande vivement cet établissement... bravo
