Good address for Italian piadina in Nice

Exclusive to Nice: the tasting of the authentic Italian Piadina. This fine pizza cake topped with various ingredients is a specialty originating in Romagna exported on the French Riviera by the creator of this gourmande. Originally the poor pizza of the poor, this galette filling of fresh products (cheese, cheese, vegetables, salads, raw vegetables…) also has a sweet version (honey, Nutella-walnuts, orange-peel chocolate, fresh chocolate-chocolat…). The piadina is emporte or best on the ground, perched on the high stools next to the long tables of this small welcoming address which makes the small and the small happy.
