On the lively square of the Liberation market, this small kiosk spreads its terrace early in the morning. Pan bagnat made according to the rules of the art, pissaladières, pizzas, salads and bruschettas are prepared with care and exclusively with fresh products. Panbagnat has been a family business for 32 years, and it communicates a gourmet and good-natured conviviality that can be taken away or nibbled on the spot. Déçue du pan bagna
Je connais ce lieu depuis très longtemps mais je dois dire que depuis quelques années leur pan bagna a 5€10 n'a pas grand chose à voir avec un vrai pan bagna :
Il manque la plupart des ingrédients pas d'assaisonnement si ce n'est un filet d'huile pain rassi,taille du pan bagna ridiculement petite.
Nous n'y retournerons plus .

Déçue...pour avoir voulu faire découvrir ce lieu à des amis , on est loin du Niveau culinaire on cherche encore la plupart des ingrédients manquants de l’appellation pan bagnat , cet endroit me fait plus penser à une usine à débit plutôt que la qualité , l’accueil moyen ,depuis j’ai trouvé le meilleur pan bagnat de Nice un délice pour les papilles ! vieux Nice ...

J'y suis allé pour des pan bagnats en me fiant à la très bonne réputation de ce lieu. Mais au final j'ai été assez déçu. Les pan bagnats sont plus petits que ceux de la concurrence et surtout, c'est peut-être un coup de malchance mais mon pan bagnat n'était pas du tout "bagnat" (mouillé) c'est-à-dire quasiment pas d'assaisonnement (vinaigrette), il était sec et sans goût. Bref, ça ne m'a pas spécialement donné envie de revenir.
