In the Old Port district, JAN is an intimate restaurant that welcomes 18 guests per shift to offer a singular dining experience and unprecedented culinary exploration blending local and seasonal cuisine with South African flavors. The chef grew up on a farm in Middelburg and pays a wonderful tribute to his native land as well as his adopted land. Both the classic and signature menus come in 5 and 7 courses and offer an explosive combination of flavors. JAN also offers an extensive 91-cheese tower in the MARIA space.

온라인 예약 되는 날이 없길래 전화로 문의했더니 며칠 전임에도 예약이 가능했어요. 물론 실내는 안되고 테라스긴 했지만 테이블에 놓인 작은 조명이 의외로 발광이 좋아 대만족했어요. 음식 정말 맛있고 christofle 커트러리들이라 더 좋았어요. 디저트까지 훌륭한 곳. 몇 달 전 후기보다 기본 코스 가격이 더 오른 대신 치즈룸 무조건 포함이네요.
