In the Old Port district, JAN is an intimate restaurant that welcomes 18 guests per shift to offer a singular dining experience and unprecedented culinary exploration blending local and seasonal cuisine with South African flavors. The chef grew up on a farm in Middelburg and pays a wonderful tribute to his native land as well as his adopted land. Both the classic and signature menus come in 5 and 7 courses and offer an explosive combination of flavors. JAN also offers an extensive 91-cheese tower in the MARIA space.

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée, le menu Jan est vraiment exceptionnel, le mélange des saveurs, des textures, la touche sud africaine, la magnifique et la surprenante présentation tres recherchée. Les serveurs sont très agréables et pro. Très belle découverte et surprise.
