Originally from Brittany, the Chef offers refined, traditional French cuisine made with fresh, local, seasonal produce. The restaurant's specialty is truffles. Two à la carte menus are available, in 3 or 4 courses, with truffles subtly slipped into each. The chef marries the power of the truffle to create a perfect balance in each proposal. We love the restaurant's signature dessert, the creamy chocolate with truffle caramel beurre salé. A smart, truffle-filled address.
