Restaurant offering elaborate dishes based on market products
Wooden furniture, brick walls, metal structures with old photos, green plants and various objects… It is in an industrial decoration that we put our feet under the table. This restaurant prepares dishes prepared from market products: velvety small market peas, lard whipped cream, polenta chips; French asparagus duo, perfect egg, truffle dressing, and first white nose in summer; rôti cod on skin, crispy wasabi and creamy polenta with green lemon; crispy calf tab, spaghetti spaghetti, tandoori spices and sweet mashed potatoes with coconut milk… We also love desserts: vanilla or, Verbena strawberry and verbena ice (in season). You can finish your meal with a coffee or a delicious alcoholic. Charm works!
