Ideally located next to the Cours Saleya, right in the heart of the old town, Le Panier puts its money where its mouth is with creative cuisine. Mediterranean-inspired dishes are divinely prepared with fresh market produce: fish, seafood, meat, vegetables... Tasting is done blind, thanks to unique menus meticulously prepared to seduce our eyes as well as our palates. Service is friendly, courteous and professional. You almost feel at home. In a word: bravo.

Ah quel bonheur ! Ça commence par la chaleur de l’accueil. Mon entrée, a base d’asperges et calamars est un bonheur. Je ne me souviens quand j’ai mangé des asperges aussi délicieuses. Foie de veau ensuite, tendre et goûteux, rosé ... une merveille. Accompagné d’un écrasé de pommes de terre et de petits légumes cuits croquants. Le tout accompagné d’un vin du Var, culture bio, que nous avons adoré. On n’a pas résisté et on a terminé par un dessert qui était du niveau du reste. Bref, un excellent moment. A recommander sans la moindre hésitation.

Effectivement on s'attendait à mieux étant donné les prix affichés. Le service souriant mais pas très attentif ,quant à la réservation pas la peine d'en faire ,ils n'ont jamais trouvé la nôtre....
