Les serveurs enlevaient les assiettes au fur et à mesure de la table (surprenant pour un tel cadre) et on avait même pas avalé la dernière bouchée qu'on nous a déjà enlevé les assiettes, impossible par exemple de saucer. On comprend que l'équipe souhaite terminer au plus vite, mais il faut respecter que les clients souhaitent passer un bon moment et ne pas se sentir pressés.
La formule mets-vins n'est vraiment pas intéressante, tellement les quantités servies sont petites. Pour notre table on aurait mieux fait de prendre 2 bouteilles de vin !
