Freshly arrived from Paris with a wealth of gastronomic credentials, Dominique and Mickaël opened Le Socle in October 2023, welcoming their customers to an uncluttered dining room not far from the Port of Nice. Here, the cuisine is simple yet tasty, highlighting seasonal ingredients. What's more, the menu is regularly renewed to offer new flavors that will delight the taste buds. We particularly like the sweetbreads and the beef onglet. Gourmandise and good humor guaranteed.
