Keisuke Matsushima has dreamed of having his own restaurant ever since he was a child, and it's been a reality for over 20 years in Nice, a city that reminds him of his native Japan, between sea and mountains. The dining room is modern, uncluttered and Japanese-inspired, with wood-panelled walls. Guests come here to enjoy international cuisine with southern and Italian flavors, cooked in Japanese style. The chef offers inventive, refined dishes à la carte or on the menu. Recipes are regularly renewed. An address that will make you travel by taste.

Toujours au plus haut niveau, le restaurant de Keisuke Matsushima mériterait sans problème de retrouver sa place et son étoile dans le Michelin. Cuisine délicieuse et inventive, et service attentionné sont des atouts majeurs.
